Installation of the Infovox 330 v2.1 Text-to-Speech Engine

To install and run Infovox 330 you need to download the Infovox 330 v2.1 Engine plus at least 
one among Infovox 330 voices. The name of the files containing the installation program for one 
voice also specifies the language of the voice and whether the voice is male or female.

1. Download the "Ivx330_v21_Engine.exe" file.

2. Download at least one of the voices, for instance "Ivx330_Roger (British English, 
male).exe".

3. Launch the "Ivx330_v21_Engine.exe" program, you will be asked to specify a directory 
where the files are going to be unzipped.

4. Go to the directory where the files have been unzipped and run the "Setup.exe" program.

5. Follow the instruction on the screen. At the end of the installation you'll get a warning 
message about the voice installation program. Just ignore the message.

6. Launch the program file containing the installation program for the voice you have 
downloaded. In our example that would be "Ivx330_Roger (British English, 
male).exe"".

7. Go to the directory where the files have been unzipped and run the "Setup.exe" program.

8. Follow the instruction on the screen. If you get a question saying "No voices to install", 
please answer "yes" and in the browse window select the directory from where you are 
launching the installation program.

Repeat steps 6-8 for each Infovox 330 voice you want to install.

Installation of the Infovox 230 v2.1 Text-to-Speech Engine

To install the Infovox 230 you only need to download one file. This contains also all the 12 
available languages.

1. Download the "Ivx230_v21.exe" file.

2. Launch the "Ivx230_v21.exe" program, you will be asked to specify a temporary directory 
where the files are going to be unzipped.

3. Go to the directory where the files have been unzipped and run the "Setup.exe" program.

4. Follow the instruction on the screen.

Language update for the Infovox 230

We recently updated and improved the Finnish, Danish and French language. To get the latest 
update for those Infovox 230 language files, do as follow:

1. Download the "Ivx230_Jan2000_Language_Update.exe" file.

2. Launch the " Ivx230_Jan2000_Language_Update.exe" program, you will be asked to 
specify a directory where to unzip the files, choose the "<Ivx230>\Lang", where <Ivx230> 
refer to the installation directory for the Infovox 230.
